Savory Garlic Marinated - Low Fat – London Broil Roast


3 pound Walnut Hollow Ranch London Broil Roast

1 cup balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup soy sauce

6 tablespoons minced garlic

4 tablespoons honey

1/4 cup olive oil

4 teaspoons ground black pepper

2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon sea salt

2 pinch cayenne pepper

+ shallow glass dish


  1. In a medium bowl, mix the vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, honey, olive oil, ground black pepper, Worcestershire Sauce, onion powder, salt and cayenne pepper

  2. Place London Broil Roast in a glass dish, add marinade, turn to coat both sides

  3. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 days

  4. Preheat gas grill to medium-high to high heat

  5. Lightly oil the grill grate

  6. Sear both sides of the roast, then turn off the center burner, leave the roast in the center of the grate (indirect heat)

  7. Grill the roast a bit less than desired doneness, let the roast rest for 10 minutes

  8. Slice the roast against the meat grain, serve with vegetables
